Laura Giltrap is a lawyer in our Labour & Employment Practice. Laura’s particular experience includes defending a range of Employment Tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal, breach of contract, discrimination and TUPE.

    Laura’s non-contentious experiences extends to advising clients on a variety of day-to-day employment issues, such as disciplinary and grievances, redundancies, managing sickness absence and addressing capability concerns.

    Laura has also presented bespoke training workshops and presentations to clients and contacts on a range of employment topics.

    • Assisting with the defence of EAT proceedings relating to an unfair dismissal claim.
    • Drafting and negotiating service agreements, consultancy agreements and other contractual and policy documentation.
    • Advising companies and senior individuals on negotiating severance packages and settlement agreements.
    • Providing corporate support work by conducting due diligence and preparing corporate documents on acquisitions and disposals.
