Maxim Gnatjuk is an associate in the Tax Strategy & Benefits Practice in our Berlin office.

    Maxim regularly advises on all matters of German and international tax law with a focus on the real estate industry. His practice focuses on transactional tax advice, tax planning, tax structuring, and representing clients in disputes with the tax authorities and tax court proceedings.

    Maxim also specializes in counseling domestic and international clients on all real property-related aspects of law, including land law, rental law, public building and planning law, project development and real estate financing.

    Prior to joining the firm, Maxim worked for international law firms in Berlin, Brussels and Moscow.
