David Harford is an associate in the Labour & Employment team based in our Leeds office.
David advises national and international employers and senior executives in a variety of sectors on contentious and non-contentious employment law at all stages of the employment lifecycle.
David has particular expertise in non-contentious advisory work, with a focus on employee relations and HR issues, including advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures, tackling capability issues and managing sickness absence. In addition, David regularly advises senior employees and employers on employment contracts and settlement agreements.
David has considerable litigation experience, having successfully represented clients in discrimination, unfair dismissal and whistleblowing claims. David also deals with the employment aspects of corporate transactions and business restructures.
David provides training workshops and presentations to clients on all aspects of employment law.
David is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
