Victoria is an associate in our Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group based in our London office.

    Victoria has experience in commercial and intellectual property matters, including advising clients in the technology, media and advertising and entertainment and sports industries. She is also a member of the Society for Computers & Law.

    Victoria has undertaken a secondment to Live Nation (one of the world’s largest live music and entertainment companies) and has in-house legal experience at an international FTSE 250 pharmaceutical company.

    • Advising a consortium of global investment banks on the establishment and formation of a fixed income pre-trade data information network.
    • Advising a leading client in the holiday and leisure industry on the transformation of its networks across the UK.
    • Providing general commercial legal support to application software developers and advising a start-up developer on partnership engagement with corporate clients.
    • Advising clients on the IP, IT and commercial law aspects of corporate transactions (including advising on the intellectual property aspects of investments in technology companies, including open source software).
    • Advising leading international advertising and marketing agencies on framework services agreements.
    • Advising a Premier League football club on commercial and IP matters, including sponsorship and software development.
