Dr. Joachim Heine is a member of the firm's Corporate Practice. He advises clients on public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and venture capital financings with an emphasis on cross-border transactions.

Joachim’s client portfolio includes corporates and funds in the fields of cleantech, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, technology, media and communication, real estate and financial services.

He is a regular speaker at conferences on private equity, venture capital and cleantech.

  • Advising Silmet Grupp on the sale of a controlling stake in AS Silmet to Molycorp, Inc.

  • Advising American Industrial Acquisition Corporation on the acquisition of three European aluminium foil and packaging plants from Novelis.
