María Hernández advises companies on all aspects of labour and employment law, including social security, health and safety, and immigration matters.

    In particular, she focuses her practice on labour due diligence procedures; severance and termination agreements; legal advice in dismissal proceedings, including collective dismissals; assistance in conciliation oral hearings; preparation of dismissal judicial proceedings, including trial evidences; employment aspects of subcontracting and TUPE; and advice on aspects of immigration as in the process to obtain work and residence authorisations in Spain.
