  • Assisting with preparation of witness affidavits, briefs to expert witnesses, evidence analysis and discovery in relation to proceedings before the Northern Territory Supreme Court involving significant claims made by developers for the alleged termination of the development agreement for the proposed Bayview Stage 2 development.
  • Assisting with preparing advice on various aspects of the Unit Titles Act 1975 (NT), the Building Act 1993 (NT), the Construction Contracts (Security of Payments) Act 2004 (NT) and the Associations Act 2003 (NT) in connection with potential disputes.
  • Assisting with preparing briefs to counsel and expert witnesses in relation to proceedings before the Federal Court of Australia appealing the cancellation of an operating licence by the Northern Territory government.
