Cristen Hintze is an associate in the Labor & Employment Practice Group, with extensive experience navigating the evolving landscape of labor and employment law in California and on the federal level. She utilizes her experience to help clients develop and implement creative and pragmatic ways to prevent and resolve employment-related disputes and issues.

Cristen’s practice focuses on providing day-to-day advice and counsel to national and international companies on employment and labor law matters, including drafting and maintaining global, national and state law compliant policies and personnel documents; wage and hour compliance; practices concerning restrictive covenants; reductions in force; and employee-related issues arising from corporate transactions. Cristen also represents employers in employment-related litigation involving issues such as employee mobility (including misappropriation of trade secrets and noncompetition agreement claims), sexual harassment, reasonable accommodation of disabilities, and wage and hour class and collective actions.
