Nicole’s practice focuses predominantly on corporate matters.

    Before joining Squire Patton Boggs as a law clerk, Nicole was an intern at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic where she worked on projects aimed at the improvement of the human rights situation in Botswana and Columbia.

    In the course of her studies Nicole became a passionate moot court participant. She took part in Willem C. Vis Commercial Arbitration Moot and in Foreign Direct Investment Moot. Up to this date she still serves as a moot court arbitrator.

    Nicole also took a leave from her law school in the Czech Republic and studied as a regular first year law student at Nova Southeastern University, Florida, USA. There, Nicole gained invaluable experience of the United States legal system.

    • Providing legal advice on merger between a complex set of Real Estate holding companies.
    • Advising on one of the largest public procurement litigations in the Czech Republic as a member of a team of attorneys.
    • Preparing due diligence of multiple companies.
