Jan Jendřejas’ practice focuses predominantly on real estate and corporate matters.

    Before joining the firm as a law clerk, Jan worked for a company-forming agent, assisting on common corporate changes and transactions. He then joined the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs as an intern at the Czech embassy in New Delhi.

    Jan joined the firm as a fourth-year student of the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. During his studies, Jan worked on several M&A, real estate and employment projects, as well as international commercial arbitrations.

    • Assisting with the establishment of business companies and branches of foreign entities.
