Javier Jerez's practice focuses on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, within a national and international scope. He graduated in 2021 with a double bachelor's degree in law and business administration from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. He then graduated in 2022 with a master’s degree in legal practice from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. He is currently practicing as a junior associate in the firm’s Corporate, M&A and Private Equity teams in the Madrid office.
