Graham Johnson is an associate in the Energy & Natural Resources Practice Group. He has broad experience in the energy and resources sector advising clients in relation to energy and resources projects, energy trading, energy and resources regulation (including oil and gas, power, mining and environmental products), infrastructure projects, commercial contracting and M&A.

    • Advising an international energy trading company on its commodity trading arrangements.

    • Advising generators and offtakers in relation to their corporate power purchase agreements for the sale and purchase of renewable energy and environmental attributes.
    • Advising an Australian listed manufacturing company on its gas supply arrangements and associated regulatory obligations.
    • Advising an Australian listed entity in relation to its proposed acquisition of mining assets in New Caledonia.
    • Advising a dual-listed Australian mining company on its private placement under a convertible note offering.
