Jennifer Jones is an associate in the Restructuring & Insolvency Practice Group in our Leeds office. Jennifer provides contentious and non-contentious insolvency advice to banks, insolvency practitioners, companies and creditors.

    In particular, Jennifer is experienced in non-contentious insolvency work including security reviews for banks and undertaking a variety of work for Law of Property Act receivers and administrators. 

    Jennifer is involved with a number of programmes run at local schools for the Business in the Community scheme including literacy and business mentoring and also takes part in various charity events run by the Leeds office.

    • Conducting security reviews on behalf of major UK clearing banks including advising the banks on their security position, enforcement options and steps which may be taken to strengthen the banks' security position with its customer.
    • Acting for insolvency practitioners, banks and companies in the consideration and implementation of insolvency procedures, as well as throughout the insolvency process.
    • Negotiating and completing sales of property in an insolvency context.
