Catrina Kohn focuses her practice on public finance, and has served as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel and disclosure counsel with respect to taxable and tax exempt financings and refinancings. Her experience includes assisting with bond financings for the benefit of healthcare facilities, school districts and universities, and state and local governments.

    In her capacity as bond counsel and underwriter’s counsel, Catrina also has experience with current and advance refundings, master trust indentures, certificates of participation and disclosure matters.

    Catrina is a member of the State Bar of California, the Connecticut Bar Association, the National Association of Bond Lawyers, and the Northeast Women in Public Finance.

    • Serving as borrowers counsel for a multi-facility health system in the restructuring of tax-exempt and taxable debt.
    • Serving as bond counsel and disclosure counsel to municipalities, townships and school districts in the issuance of tax-exempt general obligation bonds and notes, certificates of participation and various lease financings.
