Fahad Khan is an associate in the Atlanta office, where he is a member of the Labor & Employment Practice Group. He assists employers in navigating the wide and dynamic rules governing their employment relationships.

    Fahad previously served as a law clerk to Magistrate Judge Justin S. Anand at the US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. During law school, he served as an intern to then-District Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson at the US District Court for the District of Columbia. He additionally worked as an associate on The George Washington Law Review and was a member of his law school’s Moot Court Board.
