Jonghyun Kim is an associate in the Corporate Practice. She has extensive experience in assisting Korean, Japanese and American corporate clients, focusing on cross-border acquisitions and investment projects. She has worked on matters involving merger filings, due diligence and ancillary documents, as well as conducting e-discovery investigations for cartel and compliance issues. She is capable of drafting and revising legal documents in Korean, Japanese and English.

    She previously worked in the legal department of a Japan-based optical conglomerate, as foreign legal counsel in a major Korean law firm and in the Tokyo office of a global law firm.
