Dr. Manuela Köck advises and represents clients in a broad variety of commercial and corporate matters. She specializes in civil litigation and arbitration. Manuela frequently represents her clients before national and international courts and arbitration bodies with particular focus on general commercial and corporate disputes.

    One of Manuela’s main areas of practice is the defense and coordination of complex international civil and product liability cases, especially for large German automobile manufacturers. She advises her clients in all questions of product liability law and product safety law including case prevention. She is also versed in drafting commercial and general civil law contracts.

    In addition, Manuela focuses on cross-­border transactions. She has in-­depth experience in advising clients from several industries, including automotive, machinery and consumer goods, as well as private equity investors on complex international transactions.
