Tamara Korešová's practice focuses predominantly on litigation, arbitration and corporate matters.
Prior to joining the firm as a law clerk, Tamara worked in a local law office where she was engaged in general corporate practice.
In relation to her litigation practice, Tamara has experience in representing clients in disputes regarding rights arising from breach of contractual obligations or directors’ duties towards companies. In addition, Tamara often cooperates with valuation experts on preparation of expert opinions for the purposes of damages valuations.
In addition to her legal education, Tamara recently obtained a master’s degree in finance focusing on financial markets, asset valuation and assessment of damages in international arbitration.
Tamara also continues her cooperation with the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University, where she co-organises Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. She also serves as a part-time coach and often appears as an arbitrator during pre-moots and Vienna finals.
