Jan Krejčí focuses his practice primarily on corporate matters. He advises international and local clients on corporate aspects of transactions, acquisition financing, asset management, and corporate real estate.

    Before joining the firm, Jan worked in an international law firm and as an in-house lawyer at a real estate fund manager.

    Jan has substantial experience in a wide spectrum of legal issues, mainly in commercial and real estate law, with a special focus on private equity. He gained further experience by studying at the British Law Centre, an organization run by the academic staff of the Faculty of Cambridge University, to earn a one-year diploma in English Law and Practical Legal Skills.

    • Advising a UK insurer in the significant acquisition of Czech and Slovak warehouses by a Luxembourg fund.
    • Advising a majority shareholder on the sale of its shares in multiple group companies distributing coffee brands in the Czech Republic.
    • Participating in due diligence conducted for a US-based entertainment service provider on the proposed acquisition of a major Czech commercial television station.
    • Advising an Italian insurance company on the presumed employee stock option plan.
    • Participating in several due diligence processes on both the seller's side and the purchaser's side.
    • Advising a major developer on various corporate issues, such as demerger process, preparation of general meetings, compliance matters and building construction permits.
