Max Krümpelmann is an associate in our Litigation Practice Group based in Böblingen. He advises and represents national and international clients in commercial litigation and extrajudicial proceedings with a particular focus on complex international product liability disputes in the automotive industry.

    Prior to joining the firm in January 2020, Max gained multiple years of experience as a Ph.D. candidate to a leading multinational automobile company based in Stuttgart. He was responsible for in-house legal advice concerning advertising and media issues. Within his doctoral thesis, he examined the field of international tax law.

    • Acting as coordination and defence counsel in complex domestic and international product liability disputes in the automotive sector.
    • Assisting with out-of-court settlements in relation to copyright disputes with leading international media groups.
    • Acting as coordination counsel in contract negotiations with state authorities of the People’s Republic of China due to the purchase of copyright licences.
    • Providing legal advice in projects regarding new product-related business models in the mobility market, such as autonomous driving.
