Laura Kutnick is a senior associate in the Real Estate Practice based in London. She advises on all areas of commercial property, including acquisitions, disposals, developments, and landlord and tenant matters. Laura also has specific expertise in real estate finance, advising clearing banks, alternative lenders and borrowers on both investment and development financings. She advises on a range of asset classes, including industrial, shopping centres, office buildings, student accommodation and development sites.

Laura has built strong relationships with her clients and is the trusted adviser to a number of lenders, leading the real estate side of complex secured portfolio investment and development financings.

Laura is able to apply her extensive experience on real estate matters to give clients pragmatic and considered advice focusing on finding solutions to meet her clients’ needs.

Having spent time on secondment at a major clearing bank, Laura also has significant experience and understanding of the commercial drivers and motivations of lenders.
