Marina Langhofer is an associate in our Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice based in our Berlin office. She advises national and international companies on data protection and IT law.

    Prior to joining the firm, Marina worked as an associate in a well-known law firm specialising in data protection and IT law.

    • Advising international companies on data protection, including the preparation and review of data protection contracts, deletion concepts, role and rights concepts in IT systems, etc.
    • Advising on data protection law for international companies in the automotive sector, in particular on topics such as automated driving, car entertainment systems and digital advertising.
    • Preparation, review and defence of research and development contracts between international companies.
    • Creation of pleadings and responses to pleadings, as well as legal opinions and statements in internet and media law, trademark and competition law, copyright and antitrust law.
    • Mediation between EU citizens and EU authorities on topics concerning employment and social security at the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy (section of European market and Solvit).
