Hong Le is an experienced litigator who represents companies in California and multidistrict courts in product liability and commercial matters, handling all stages of litigation, including discovery, dispositive motions and trials.
Hong has represented pharmaceutical companies, insurance companies, premises owners, and product/equipment manufacturers, suppliers and distributors.
Hong’s product liability practice includes defending major automotive companies facing claims of manufacturing and design defects, toxic tort inclusion, and breach of warranties, among other claims. She determines strategy for, and manages and litigates, all arbitrations filed against an automotive company in California involving allegations of defect and fraud.
Her practice also encompasses US litigation coordination for a major European automobile manufacturer that includes directing local counsel to implement litigation strategy and coordinating with the client to develop defense in product liability, including toxic tort, matters.
She has defended against contract claims, common law and statutory fraud claims, tort claims, as well as other claims, arising out of multiple construction projects or that were alleged against different entities in various industries.
