Mathieu Lebourgeois is an associate in the Financial Services Practice based in the Paris office.

    He provides advice and legal services to banks, arrangers, corporates, investment funds and guarantors on a variety of financing-related matters. His practice covers domestic and cross-border banking and finance transactions, including asset-based lending, structured finance (securitisation), leveraged/acquisition finance, corporate lending and real estate finance.

    Mathieu graduated from the University of Maine, with a Master’s degree in banking and finance law.

    Prior to joining Squire Patton Boggs, Mathieu spent two years within the banking and finance department of a French law firm. He also trained in the French Financial Markets Authority and two international law firms in Paris.
