    • Assisting clients involved in arbitration proceedings arising out of the Ichthys LNG Project.
    • Preparing for litigious disputes at various courts, including an expedited hearing at the Federal Circuit Court concerning the validity of the chairperson and the resolutions held at the directors’ meeting.
    • Assisting with a high-profile liquor licensing application in the Northern Territory Liquor Commission and the appeal to the Northern Territory Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
    • Engaging with a UK-based client and its Australian distributer to determine the best strategy for a long-standing ACCC matter.
    • Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements, including deeds, contracts of employment, and website terms and conditions.
    • Considering extensive documentation and preparing advice to senior counsel.
