    • Assisting with the conduct of proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Western Australia for various commercial entities and individuals.
    • Providing strategic and commercial advice in relation to obligations, rights, entitlements and disputes under commercial contracts, as well as legislative and regulatory compliance.
    • Assisting with judicial review proceedings in respect of licensing decisions made by the Minister for Environment and Department of Water and Environmental Regulation.
    • Assisting with a contentious liquor licensing application involving third-party objections and proceedings in the Northern Territory Liquor Commission.
