Elisa Li is an associate within the Intellectual Property & Technology Practice based in our Beijing office. Her practice focuses on trademark, copyright and design patent prosecution, as well as anticounterfeiting activities.

    • Representing Tan Chong International Group to file and enforce their trademarks in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Japan, Thailand, Philippines and other countries in Asia.
    • Successfully representing a famous US oil additive manufacturer in trademark prosecution in China, including canceling and invaliding more than 90 hostile trademarks registered by a Brunei company (a company owned and controlled by the client’s former distributor).
    • Successfully representing Daimler AG to arrange criminal raids on factories making fake Mercedes-Benz products, as well as helping the client to obtain reasonable compensation through filing trademark infringement lawsuits.
