Georgy Logunov is an associate in the Moscow office specialising in Russian law in public-private partnerships (PPPs) and real estate.

    • Advising Unix Medical Company on the drafting of several unsolicited proposals for creation and operation of medical centres in various Russian regions.
    • Advising EBRD on the development of PPP laws and PPP policies in Ukraine, as well as the necessary changes to the regulatory framework.

    • Advising EBRD on the development of a PPP and concession legal and policy framework in several CIS and neighbouring countries, including drafting the PPP policy papers and PPP laws.
    • Advising a French retailer on the acquisition of rights to land plots for trading centres and logistics complexes in various regions of Russia.
    • Advising a leading Russian retailer to implement its expansion strategy in Russia through acquisition of target assets from a competitor, including land plots, unfinished construction sites and operating stores.
