Álvaro Luaces Villegas
Associate
Álvaro Luaces Villegas is an associate in the corporate, M&A and private equity team in the Madrid office. He graduated in 2018 with a law degree from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Afterwards, he graduated in 2020 with a master's degree in Legal Practice.
Álvaro usually provides services for national and international investors in due diligence processes, acquisitions and investments in Spanish companies, as well as providing other general corporate advice.
Before joining the firm, Álvaro worked at a global law firm in Spain.
