Gianludovico Maggi is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the Milan office. He advises domestic and multinational corporations, and private equity funds on M&A transactions and joint ventures, as well as in relation to international and domestic commercial contracts, corporate governance issues and day-to-day corporate matters.

    In particular, Gianludovico has significant experience representing companies and private equity funds operating in the manufacturing, industrial, automotive, hospitality, chemicals, healthcare and energy sectors.
