Elena is an associate in our Moscow office’s International Dispute Resolution Practice Practice.

    She has represented leading Russian and foreign companies in legal proceedings before Russian commercial courts and courts of a general jurisdiction in various regions and at all levels, in a wide range of matters.

    Elena has extensive experience of working on various bankruptcy cases, debt recovery, antimonopoly, pharmaceutical cases and disputes with state authorities. She is also involved in dispute resolution related to IP rights infringement and registration of trademarks.

    Elena has participated in representing clients’ interests in international arbitration under ICC rules and preparing expert reports under Russian law for foreign courts.

    Elena trained with the firm and qualified into the area of international dispute resolution, and has experience of investment arbitration and commercial arbitration.

    • Protection of interest of the Polish insurance company in debt recovery matters, including litigation and bankruptcy proceedings, legal support on subrogation matters, mortgage and pledge registration matters.
    • Protection of interest of the Czech bank in bankruptcy proceedings, complex legal support in matters connected with foreclosure procedures, including legal advice on pledge over the promissory notes.
    • Representing a major pharmaceutical company in a number of litigations with respect to contestation of a state registration of medicinal remedies and contestation of Rospatent’s decisions.
    • Representing a global specialty chemical company before FAS Russia with respect to complaints against actions of major Russian oil company.
    • Representation of the Indian pharmaceutical company in the IP disputes within the legal proceedings, advising the client during amicable dispute resolution.
    • Legal support to the global media company on matters connected with the agent agreement.
    • Representation of the international satellite communications company in an administrative dispute.
    • Complex legal support to a major pharmaceutical company, including interaction with state authorities and contractual work.
    • Preparation of an expert opinion on corporate matters for the dispute resolution in Swedish court.
    • Due diligence for a major foreign bank in connection with acquisition of the Russian bank.
    • Participation in the international arbitration case considered by the ICC International Court of Arbitration.
