Claire is a professional support lawyer within the Intellectual Property & Technology team, based in London.

    She provides training, research and know-how to colleagues across the practice area, and works on initiatives such as knowledge management and updates for clients, identifying topics of interest and relevance.

    An experienced solicitor, Claire has worked in private practice and in house, working for many years as part of the internal legal team of an international media and technology company, where she provided commercial, practical legal advice across the business on a wide range of topics, including intellectual property and technology, contract law, e-commerce, advertising and media law.

    Prior to taking on the role as a professional support lawyer, Claire taught on the Legal Practice Course, lecturing in media and entertainment law, as well as business law and practice, and she has achieved Associate Fellowship status of the Higher Education Academy (now Advance HE).
