Josué Martí is an associate in the International Dispute Resolution Practice Group, based in the Santo Domingo office. His practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation. He also works with labor and employment matters, as well as regulatory law.

    Josué is currently involved in a number of litigation proceedings before Dominican courts. He has assisted in the development of case strategies and preparation of memorials, motions and exhibits.

    His experience also entails working on international arbitration proceedings before the International Chamber of Commerce – in particular, a focus on the oil and gas sector, as well as third party intervention. In addition, he has advised in labor and employment matters for both local and foreign-investment entities, regulatory affairs for energy and free-zone operations, real estate transactions and general contract law.
