Nicolas Martino is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group and focuses on defending corporations in state and federal courts, particularly in complex commercial litigation and automotive product liability cases. He is involved in all stages of litigation, including pre-litigation claim handling and investigation, discovery, dispositive and pre-trial motions, and trial preparation.

Prior to joining the firm, Nicolas focused his practice in the areas of trucking, transportation, wrongful death and personal injury defense at an Arizona-based law firm.

During law school, Nicolas participated in moot court competitions and worked as a research assistant for Arizona State University’s College of Law and its Energy Policy Innovation Council. He also served as an associate editor of the university’s Jurimetrics: The Journal of Law, Science, and Technology.
