Morgan McClure Kokaram
Associate
Morgan McClure Kokaram is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group based in the Atlanta office. She has experience in corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and securities law compliance. She represents clients in both public and privately held entities across a wide range of industries.
In addition, Morgan regularly volunteers to serve the community. As part of her pro bono practice, Morgan has counseled tax-exempt organizations on formation and governance matters; represented children seeking asylum in an immigration matter; and volunteered with Atlanta Legal Aid Society on landlord/tenant and domestic violence matters.
