Delphine Monnier joined Squire Patton Boggs in 2015. She specializes in labour and employment law and has eight years of practice in the field. Delphine’s practice includes both counselling and litigation.

    Her experience includes advising on due diligence, voluntary departure plans, and negotiating and concluding collective agreements relating to working time, career management, professional equality, implementation of business reorganizations and downsizing. She regularly helps clients with the implementation of disciplinary, grievance and dismissal procedures for individuals and collectives. Delphine also conducts specific training sessions on a wide range of labour matters, tailored to the specific client’s needs.

    Delphine represents individual and collective claims before labour courts, civil and administrative courts in relation to matters including dismissal, moral harassment, working time claims, professional elections, protected employees’ claims after collective redundancies, unions and staff representatives’ claims, particularly in relation to downsizing.
