    Prior to joining the firm, Arnaud was the managing attorney for the Doha office of a leading independent law firm based in France.

    • Representing a government-owned entity in the acquisition of a mixed-use project development in the Levant valued at US$310 million.
    • Advising a high-net-worth client on all aspects relating to the acquisition of a landmark plot in Qatar for the development of a large-scale mixed-use real estate project comprising prominent residential, high end retail and luxury hospitality communities, with an estimated overall value of around US$500 million.
    • Advising a leading Qatari public shareholding company on a school joint venture and development project.
    • Acting as lead outside counsel for a Qatar government agency to implement its full regulatory and corporate restructuring.
    • Representing hotel owners and negotiating hotel management agreements, licensing and technical services agreements for a number of luxury hotels in Qatar.
    • Representing a prominent Qatari bank for the corporate structuring of the development and financing of an integrated workers’ accommodation community in Qatar valued at QAR 1.3 billion.
    • Representing one of the largest food companies in the world and listed in two major stock exchange markets in connection with a major asset acquisition in Qatar. Estimated value of transaction is US$150 million.
    • Advising a prominent international business school on all legal and operational matters for its activities in Qatar.
    • Assisting with the preparation of Sale and Purchase Agreements in relation to off-plan properties within a US$5.5 billion, 8,600 acre community in Qatar.
    • Representing Qatari and foreign businesses in major commercial transactions, including acquisitions, corporate restructuring and joint-venture projects in Qatar.
    • Advising foreign and Qatari public and private entities on data privacy compliance matters.
