Anina Murphy is a patent agent in our Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group. Having worked in intellectual property for the last 20 years, Anina has extensive experience in patent prosecution, diligence and intellectual property litigation support. She has 10 years of experience working as a patent agent in-house at Bay Area biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies; therefore, she understands client needs.

    Prior to entering the intellectual property field, she obtained a Ph.D. in microbiology with dissertation research focusing on microbial parasite biochemistry. She worked in vaccine development, molecular biology, microbiology and protein chemistry, before entering the intellectual property field.
