J.B. Murray is the managing partner of our office in West Palm Beach. He has extensive experience in federal and state courts and various arbitration forums.

J.B.’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including probate and trust litigation. His commercial litigation experience covers a broad range of business disputes including corporate control disputes, contractual claims, noncompete agreements, property claims and other claims arising out of business transactions. His trial experience includes successful arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association and JAMS/ENDISPUTE.

In his probate litigation practice, J.B. represents beneficiaries and corporate and individual fiduciaries. He has prosecuted and defended claims involving alleged undue influence and lack of capacity, trust disputes involving alleged breaches of fiduciary duties, contested guardianship proceedings, tortious interference claims, fiduciary accountings and disputes regarding the Florida Principal and Income Act. His corporate clients include several of the leading US banks and trust companies. J.B. is a regular speaker on probate and trust issues.

J.B. has also represented manufacturers in the defense of product liability claims including those involving spinal implants, OxyContin®, VIOXX®, chemicals, seatbelts, asbestos and Factor VIII blood clotting products. He has extensive experience with multidistrict litigation in federal courts.
