Adam Nazette co-chairs the firm’s US debt finance practice segment. Adam focuses his practice on commercial financing transactions, advising banks, financial institutions, borrowers and sponsors on a domestic and cross-border basis across a broad range of industries. He has significant experience with syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, senior and subordinated credit facilities, asset-based loans, senior and mezzanine debt placements, general working capital facilities, acquisition and project financing, as well as real estate financing, loan restructurings, workouts and other complex financing transactions.

    He has been recognized in Chambers USA in the area of Banking & Finance, Ohio, from 2012-2022. Adam is also listed as highly regarded in IFLR 1000, The Best Lawyers in America, and named as a Rising Star by Ohio Super Lawyers.

    Adam serves on the Board of Directors of Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity. He also serves on the Executive Committee of the Rocky River Education Foundation and volunteers as a coach for local youth lacrosse and basketball teams.

    • Represented the administrative agent in a US$235 million asset-based credit facility for a public company in the manufacturing industry.
    • Represented a multinational specialty manufacturing company in a US$330 million term loan facility and JPY13.5 billion revolving credit facility in connection with an acquisition.
    • Represented the administrative agent in a US$90 million asset-based credit facility for a public company in the defense industry as part of a multi-tranched capital structure that included the issuance of high yield bonds.
    • Represented the administrative agent in US$100 million senior secured credit facilities for a private company in the healthcare industry.
    • Represented the administrative agent in a US$325 million senior secured credit facility for a public company in the technology industry.
