Adam Nazette focuses his practice on commercial financing transactions, advising lenders and borrowers on a domestic and cross-border basis across a broad range of industries.

    Adam has significant experience with syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, senior and subordinated credit facilities, asset-based loans, senior and mezzanine debt placements, general working capital facilities, acquisition and project financing, as well as real estate financing, loan restructurings, workouts and other complex financing transactions.

    He was recognized in Chambers USA in the area of Banking & Finance, Ohio, from 2012-2017. Adam is also listed in The Best Lawyers in America 2018-2020, and named as a Rising Star by Ohio Super Lawyers from 2009-2017. He was selected for inclusion in Crain's Cleveland Forty Under 40 Class of 2017.

    Adam serves on the Board of Directors of Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity. He also serves on the Executive Committee of the Rocky River Education Foundation and volunteers as a coach for local youth soccer and basketball leagues.

    • Represented financial institutions, both in an agency and non-agency capacity, on asset based and quasi-asset based transactions, involving borrowers in the manufacturing, chemical, consumer, healthcare, financial, technology and agricultural industries.
    • Represented the administrative agent in a US$1.25 billion syndicated multi-currency revolving credit facility to a public company (with foreign borrower subsidiaries).
    • Represented the administrative agent in a US$500 million credit facility to a public company with foreign borrowers and foreign guarantors located in more than 10 different foreign jurisdictions.
    • Represented the administrative agent in a US$235 million asset based credit facility for a public company in the manufacturing industry.
    • Represented the administrative agent in a US$90 million asset based credit facility for a public company in the defense industry as part of a multi-tranched capital structure that included the issuance of high yield bonds.
    • Represented the administrative agent in US$100 million senior secured credit facilities for a private company in the healthcare industry.
    • Represented the administrative agent in a US$325 million senior secured credit facility for a public company in the technology industry.
