    • Assisting Pilot Energy on its merger with Royal Energy, its dealings in relation to Exploration Licence WA-481-P and on the development of a wind project and solar project in Western Australia.
    • Assisting a lender in relation to an FPSO contract and relevant subcontracts.
    • Assisting Luco Energy in relation to general corporate advice.
    • Assisting foreign investors on the Foreign Investment Review Board approval framework under the Foreign Acquisitions and Takeovers Act 1975 (Cth) and obtaining Foreign Investment Review Board approval.
    • Assisting Indochina Vanguard and Wink Hotels on structuring, establishment and operation of a hotel management platform for hotel profiles in Asia Pacific, including structuring, template agreements, shareholders agreement, financing and investment.
    • Assisting the Indochina Kajima joint venture on the establishment of a US$1 billion real estate investment joint venture for developments and asset management in Vietnam, including multiple offshore vehicles and investment structures.
    • Advising Mayfair Hotel and Adabco Boutique Hotel (Australia) on the acquisition of two hotels in Adelaide, South Australia, into a new luxury hotel fund. Advice included property and business due diligence, acquisition documents, structuring and finance.
