Lada advises on a range of transactions, including property acquisitions; commercial and retail leasing; conveyancing and settlements; loans, refinancings and discharges; and compliance with the FIRB regulatory framework. She represents various clients involved in property transactions, from lenders and landlords, as well as tenants, buyers and sellers.

    • Acting for both tenants and landlords in preparing, negotiating and registering commercial and retail lease agreements.

    • Managing conventional and e-settlement conveyancing for the purchase of high-profile real estate.
    • Advising on disputed matters before various state civil and administrative tribunals, as well as mediations.
