    • Advising a UK technology and telecommunications company on a number of commercial agreements with its largest customer, a Fortune 500 conglomerate.
    • Acting for one of the largest public sector pension schemes on the procurement of a new provider of pension administration software.
    • Advising one of the UK’s largest pension schemes on the procurement and transition to a new provider of pension administration services.
    • Acting for a fintech company in relation to an agreement to develop a hosted white-label version of its payroll and payments solution for a global maritime financial services company.
    • Advising an LSE-listed company on a master services agreement for the provision of managed resource and software development services (both agile and waterfall methodologies).
    • Advising a global technology company on the development and supply of its mobile ticketing and public transport payments software to public authorities around the world.
    • Advising a Formula One team on a wide range of commercial contracts and data protection matters.
    • Acting for a renowned sporting college and university in the settlement of passing off claims brought against the college by a professional football club.
