Tim is an associate in the International Dispute Resolution Group, specialising in providing advice on major construction, engineering and infrastructure projects.

    He has comprehensive experience in international arbitration, having acted for a diverse range of clients in respect of major construction, engineering and infrastructure projects.

    Tim provides commercially focussed advice and representation on various issues, including claims and contractual entitlements.

    • Representing overseas clients and assisting in ad hoc arbitration proceedings arising out of the Roy Hill iron ore project under UNCITRAL Rules in Singapore.
    • Representing clients in three different arbitration proceedings under the  ICC Rules in Singapore, arising out of the Ichthys LNG Project.
    • Representing clients involved in litigious construction disputes in the Federal Court of Australia and the superior courts of Western Australia.
    • Preparing adjudication applications and responses under the security of payment legislation in Western Australia (Construction Contracts Act 2004).
