In her practice, Lucie focuses on the areas of labor & employment law, data protection and corporate law.

    Lucie first joined Squire Patton Boggs as a third year student of the Faculty of Law at the Charles University in Prague. Prior to her return to Squire Patton Boggs, she worked as a junior associate at a reputable international law firm in Prague.

    Lucie is a repeated laureate of a number of honors, awards and recognitions which she received as a student at the Charles University in Prague in moot court competitions. Her primary mooting focus was the area of international arbitration (Foreign Direct Investment Moot) and EU law (European Law Moot Court and Central and Eastern European Moot Court). Apart from the practice of law, Lucie continues to be active in mooting and academia as a coach to the Charles University moot court teams as well as an external lecturer at the Department of EU Law.

    • Advising the world’s largest producer of medicine and vaccinations for pets and livestock on labor and employment issues with respect to the closing and downsizing of Czech operations.
    • Advising one of the world's largest retailers on employment issues connected with reorganization and restructuring.
    • Participating in the investigation by a private equity fund, a majority shareholder in a Czech company, into the conduct of two top executives, including employment, privacy, data protection and criminal law issues. Advising the client during the process of shareholder dispute and corporate reorganization.
    • Advising the client, a specialist professional recruiter, on market-entering issues, including business permits, regulatory and compliance environment.
    • Representing a Czech top-tier executive-search company in administrative and subsequent court proceedings.
    • Carrying out a forensic audit for a reputable Czech bank relating to regulatory and compliance issues based on whistleblower complaints, taking into consideration data processing, data protection and privacy issues.
    • Providing general employment law, data protection and privacy advice to various clients.
    • Participating in due diligence of multiple companies.
