Naomi Milne is a director in the Real Estate team, based in Leeds. Naomi has been with the firm since she joined as a trainee and provides general commercial property advice to individuals, companies and lenders and regularly acts for both public and private sector clients. In particular, Naomi has experience in advising clients on acquisition and development projects and a wide range of landlord and tenant matters (advising both residential and commercial developers on a spectrum of property issues). Naomi has further bespoke in-house experience, having completed secondments with Lloyds Banking Group and Selfridges Retail Group, both of which gave her an excellent insight into the day-to-day challenges facing our clients’ in-house teams.

Naomi assumes a lead role in day-to-day portfolio management for a number of clients, acting for property investors and for clients in the retail and aggregates spheres (as well as other corporate occupiers) and is well-versed in the sorts of challenges presented to clients managing a larger portfolio. Naomi’s experience is a blend of more complex development projects alongside property portfolio management.
