Naomi Parkin is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group in the Leeds office. Naomi specialises in a broad range of commercial property matters and regularly acts for both public and private sector clients.

    Naomi provides general commercial property advice to individuals, companies and lenders. In particular, Naomi has experience in acting for several national banks in relation to the funding of commercial property transactions.

    Naomi also has experience in advising on landlord and tenant matters and advising both residential and commercial developers on property issues. Naomi’s experience includes advising clients across a diverse range of business sectors, including retail, manufacturing and business services.

    • Advising a client in the acquisition and subsequent onward sale of plots constituting part of an exclusive residential development near York.
    • Acting on the acquisition of a portfolio of properties (predominantly entertainment venues) as part of a share sale with total consideration of £16 million.
    • Advising a national bank in relation to a £12.6 million purchase facility relating to the refinancing of existing borrowings over petrol stations and the acquisition of six new sites.
    • Taking a primary role in the day-to-day portfolio and estate management matters for two of our major retail clients.
    • Client secondment experience with both a national bank and a London high-end department store.
