Katlyn Patton is an associate in our Corporate Practice Group.

    While in law school, Katlyn served as executive articles editor of the Case Western Reserve Law Review. She also earned CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in torts, civil procedure and international business transactions.

    Katlyn’s note, “Trumping the First Amendment: Student-Driven Calls for Speech Restrictions on Public College Campuses,” was selected for publication in Volume 68 of the Case Western Reserve Law Review and earned her the opportunity to speak about student speech issues at the 2017 annual conference of the American Association of University Professors.
