Alex Pennetti is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group. He offers significant experience litigating complex civil matters in state and federal courts across the country. Representing individual defendants to global corporations, Alex takes an innovative yet pragmatic approach to litigation matters.

Alex has broad commercial and product liability litigation experience, including experience litigating class actions. Additionally, he has counseled healthcare clients on issues related to The Stark Law and Texas Patient Solicitation Act, and a foreign commercial trucking manufacturer on SAE International and industry standards related to the design and development of a vehicle instrument panel.

Alex’s significant e-discovery and document management experience provides a cost-efficient solution for information governance and lends to effective integration of the discovery process. Previously, Alex was a member of a team that manages an international corporation’s written discovery in product liability matters across the US, making him well versed with the business challenges posed by the discovery phase of litigation.

Alex previously served as a law clerk at the US Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Texas.
