Julien Perdrizot-Renault has experience in labour and employment law, providing both advisory and litigation services for French and foreign companies, as well as executives, relating to the collective or individual issues they face.

    In particular, he defines and launches reorganisation projects, collective agreements, acquisition and compliance audits. He drafts hiring and termination documents for employees and managing executives, and assists clients on expatriation, secondment, health and safety issues, and in respect of the relationship with the staff representatives and their experts.

    Julien is also an expert in global reward related issues, employee savings and stock incentive plans. He has conducted legal analysis to design, optimise and harmonise incentives awards schemes, international stock plans and savings plans, pension plans and deferred bonus plans.
