Andrew Peters is an associate specialising in employment law. He advises a wide range of clients across a variety of sectors including media and advertising, finance, sport and hospitality and leisure.

    Andrew provides advice in relation to a broad range of day to day employment law queries including employment status, sickness absence, grievances, disciplinaries and dismissals, data protection, business transfers and family rights. He also advises in relation to employment liabilities in the context of corporate transactions.

    Andrew is a keen litigator and regularly acts for employers in Tribunal cases including successfully defending unfair dismissal and complex discrimination, TUPE and whistleblowing claims.

    Andrew also enjoys developing and presenting bespoke client training sessions and is a regular speaker in the Squire Patton Boggs seminar and workshop programme. Andrew frequently contributes to our Employment Law Worldview blog and the Law in Sport website.
